Trump degrades “Ron DeSanctimonious” and labels him disloyal.
Trump could be tensely expecting yet new charge, but it doesn’t stop him from verbally attacking his rival.
Trump is not spending any time criticizing his Republican rivals, notably Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, as the 2024 presidential campaign heats up.
As is customary for Trump, the twice-indicted former president has used his favorite Truth Social platform to disparage his rival by once again referring to him just as “Ron DeSanctimonious” before making an effort to criticize the governor.
In one of several video messages intended to criticize his fellow presidential contender, DeSantis, Trump claims that “the more people get to know [DeSantis], the lower his polls are going.”
DeSantis is now polling “in the mid-teens, and falling fast,” according to Trump’s tirade. He “deserves” to be No. 2 since DeSantis is “a very disloyal person,” according to Trump, and he will soon lose that position.
Donald Trump criticizes Ron DeSantis for “attracting small crowds”
In a third video posted to Truth Social, Trump asserts that DeSantis’ polling ratings are purportedly “crashing because of his stance on obliterating social security and medicare.”
Adding one more criticism of DeSantis’ rallies, the former president concluded his tirade by complaining that his current GOP foe is “attracting small crowds that leave really early – that’s never a good sign.”
